Refund policy

To maintain your trust and ensure the highest standards of hygiene for our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on our panties. 

But...there are always exceptions to every rule.

If your order arrives damaged or flawed, we've got you covered.  Just snap a picture of the damaged garment and send it our way to hello@bangpanty.com. No need to ship them back. Once we confirm the issue, we'll be happy to send you a brand new pair.

At the end of the day, we want you to love your BangPanty!
