In October 2023, I came up with an idea and I knew immediately it could make a real difference in women's lives.
I had read somewhere that the best ideas are usually the simplest of ones and this one was pretty simple. Underwear you can keep on during sex.
Women spend a fortune on lingerie that has to come off the moment intimacy begins. The lingerie usually ends up on the floor together with our confidence. Why couldn't we have gorgeous panties that you can keep on during sex that make you feel sexy, comfortable and confident all at the same time.
A panty that lets you relax and "gets you out of your own head" worrying about your "mommy tummy", stretch marks, surgery scars or whatever you might be self-conscious about and allows you to stay in the moment.
I google searched and there was nothing that even came close to what I wanted. Absolutely nothing. That’s when I knew, if this panty was going to exist, it was up to me to create it.
I had no clue how to start. I wasn’t an entrepreneur. I had never run a business in my life and knew absolutely nothing about how to start one. The one person I would’ve turned to for guidance was my dad but he had passed away years earlier. I was literally on my own.
So I thought: What now?
I’d have to start from square one.
I’d have to figure it out.
I’d have to make it happen.
As another great man once said, “To be or not to be.” that is the question...
but luckily for me, I already knew the answer...
If it’s meant to be, it’s up to me.
